- Pay: $20.00/hour
- Shift: 8:45am-5:00pm (looking for someone that has flexibility to occasionally work until 6pm)
- In-office position: office located in Louisville, KY
Job Description:
- The Customer Experience Agent renders excellent customer service to customers (tax professionals and their clients)
- Responsible for providing account details, articulating product information, and promoting programs
- Handle inbound/outbound phone calls (~50 calls/day)
- Perform outbound call campaigns to existing customers and complete customer request forms
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 2+ years customer service/call center experience
- Experience in a financial or banking environment is preferred, not required
- Proficient verbal and written skills required
- Proficiency in Excel
