O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Bogue Road location. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.

This role will assist the Concrete Dispatchers in taking concrete orders over the phone. You will also answer questions about our concrete products.

You must have excellent phone skills, a pleasant attitude and work well with others. You must be reliable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Two or more years of working in customer service is required.
