As a Customer Service Representative, you will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service whilst guiding customers through a range of products/services for a variety of reputable brands. Your exceptional communication skills and genuine enthusiasm will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to our client's company-set targets.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional support.
- Tailor solutions to match customer needs and exceed their expectations.
- Present the client's products/services to showcase their value.
- Upsell products and services as suitable.
- Collaborate with the team to identify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- A natural flair for sales and the ability to spot opportunities.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent
