Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your goal will be to ensure a positive experience for every customer by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from clients.
• Assist customers with property-related questions and provide general information.
• Process and track customer requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update client information as needed.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Provide administrative support as required by management.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
