CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Worthington Aviation Eagan office
ROLE
Responsible for ensuring our customers’ requirements and expectations are met and exceeded by collaborating and supporting the Regional Jet Programs Sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing orders accurately
• Checking data accuracy in orders and updating as needed
• Collate and distributing unsolicited requests for quotes (RFQ’s)
• Maintaining CRM with sales team input
• Manage RJP e-mail organization
• Responsible for handling telephone/email quotes, generally and in support of the outside sales team as required
• Maintain sales order due dates
• Ensuring sales orders are fulfilled promptly and on time to the customer
• Construction of data/records packages for distribution with input from Technical director
• Gather market intel and ensure accurate entry into our inventory management system
• Actively participate and take minutes during team meetings
• On-call rotation as required
• Prepare sales forecasts and other sales data and documentation as required
• Provide support, as may be required, to other sales team members to secure business opportunities in other territories
• Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• High School Diploma or equivalent with previous inside sales and/or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products
• Previous aviation experience a plus but not required
• This individual should be self-motivated and have a sense of urgency, be personable, and well organized. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND LOCATION
• This role will report to the Director of Component Sales and Business Development, Regional Jet Programs
• This role is located in the office in Eagan
