NOW HIRING ON-SITE IN MOORESTOWN, NJ!!
We are seeking a representative for one of the nation's leading home improvement companies:
- You will be working in the national call center for customer care
- Expected volume is 50 to 60 calls per day both inbound and outbound
- Answering calls from new & existing customers
- Helping to place orders
- Following up on open service requests
- Placing new service and installation requests
- Processing payments for installations & services
- Completing online service requests
- Responding to voicemails
- Hours will be Monday-Friday 9a-6p
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must be committed to working 100% on-site
- Phone etiquette
- Ability to work on dual monitors
- Multitasking
- Professionalism
