Job Summary:Carebot ABA is seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join us as a full-time Customer Service/Front Desk Staff. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will create a welcoming and positive atmosphere while assisting with administrative tasks.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
Coordinate and manage client intake and registration processes.
Handle billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using QuickBooks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
Handle client concerns or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other professionals.
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and services.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and scheduling.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in bookkeeping or accounting are desirable.
Knowledge of medical or healthcare office procedures is a plus.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
