General Description: A Customer Service Representative "CSR", will act as a point of contact for KRC's customers and be responsible for entering orders, maintaining open communication, resolve any emerging problems that our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Job Description: Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; reports to the Routing Manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints and delivery issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Enter orders into WMS accurately and efficiently.
- Proven customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personality traits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
