As a customer service representative you will be responsible for shaping the experience of each of our valued clients. You will support our clients and our sales team by providing service on accounts, answering client questions, and taking payments! Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

• Answering and servicing incoming phone calls
• Answer any questions that a customer may have within their policies
• Welcoming new customers to our agency
• Giving policy reviews
• Taking payments
• Scheduling life insurance appointments with our financial adviser

• High School Degree or Above
• Illinois Property and Casualty license (not needed to get the job, can be acquired after receiving the job)
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Ability to Critically Think
