Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Naples, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Our Customer Service Department is a fast-paced, team environment that handles multiple assignments to support our distributors and outside sales representatives. We offer a comfortable, professional office work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide courteous and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Address inquiries, orders, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any order-related issues.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of our abrasive products, their applications, and their benefits to assist customers effectively.
The Successful Candidate must have:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
- Strong computer order entry proficiency
- Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Good judgment and attendance
