Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service by phone and in person.
- Relationship building.
- Calm and caring under pressure
- Inbound and outbound appointment scheduling.
- Processing insurance transactions for current and potential clients
- Prospecting and generating new business leads in person and by phone
- Preparing insurance proposals.
- Handling multiple incoming calls with a smile.
- Greeting customers with a smile.
- Constantly pursuing additional industry education for self improvement.
Requirements
- A sincere drive to be a part of and contribute to an award winning team.
- Possess a current Property & Casualty insurance license. We will assist with licensing for qualified unlicensed candidates
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful and coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
