Customer Service Representative - Inceed

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 
Compensation: $17-18/hr

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their home mortgage servicing needs. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to resolve inquiries efficiently and effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries related to home mortgage servicing.
• Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Adapt to changing situations while managing multiple tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

• Comprehensive Compensation Package: Medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and more!
• Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, and one Saturday shift per month from 9 AM to 1 PM.
• Bilingual Advantage: Additional $1.00 per hour for candidates fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Training Programs: Extensive classroom-style and on-the-job training in home mortgage and communication skills.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a passion for helping others by phone.

• Proficient in using personal computers; competent typing skills required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  • Required: 1 year of related customer service experience.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
