About the Job
Under general supervision, the Members Records Associate will report to the Supervisor and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for various duties, including but not limited to them following:
- Verify Employer contribution reporting.
- Resolve discrepancies by communicating with outside vendors.
- Determine members general eligibility.
- Handle and assist membership through customer service.
- May be required to perform other duties as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM 35 hours with 1-hour unpaid lunch.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service skills, in-person and over the telephone.
- Must possess strong communication skills to interact with company membership, internal departments, supervisor, and fellow co-workers.
- Must have decent computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be able to meet certain goals and expectations.
- Must be able to follow procedures and maintain an overall acceptable attendance record.
