The Customer Service Representative will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing assistance with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an overall positive experience with Daily Dot Art. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed information about Daily Dot Art’s products, services, and upcoming events.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing questions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
