Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide outstanding support to our clients, handling queries with professionalism and care.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of A-Class Inc.'s products and services to offer accurate advice and guidance.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to find the best solutions for customer inquiries.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
Record Maintenance: Maintain precise records of customer interactions using our CRM software.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
Technology Skills: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and professionally.
