Salary Range: $40000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Policy Review: Regularly review client policies to ensure coverage is up to date and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, claims, and policy changes.
Requirements
Insurance License: Must possess a valid insurance license in the state of Florida.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services, including property, casualty.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set goals, and effectively manage time and resources to achieve targets.
