Customer Service Representative
Description:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer support by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for customers and will work closely with various departments to deliver high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate and optimize the Label Traxx system, ensuring smooth transition and efficient operation within the organization.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Must be tech savvy, proficient in MS Office, databases systems, and Customer Service Software.
- Label Traxx experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
