Our prestigious company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Customer Service Representative for Personal Lines Insurance. This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant impact in a role that offers a high level of responsibility and the chance to shape customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Personal Lines Insurance, including home, auto, umbrella, and flood insurance. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Property and Casualty coverages, with a strong emphasis on policy analysis and underwriting.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met consistently.
2. Handling all aspects of customer service for personal lines insurance, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
3. Analyzing policy terms, conditions, and coverages to ensure they meet client needs, and making recommendations for changes as necessary.
4. Liaising with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions, and to ensure policies are underwritten accurately and efficiently.
5. Using Applied Epic and AMS360 software to manage client portfolios, process policy changes, and maintain accurate client records.
6. Resolving client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate and current advice to clients.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Customer Service Representative role will have:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer service role within the personal lines insurance industry.
2. Proficiency in using Applied Epic, AMS360 or similar agency management software.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of property and casualty coverages, including home, auto, umbrella, and flood insurance.
4. Demonstrated experience in policy analysis and underwriting.
5. Excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
