About the Job
Openwork, formerly known as Evins, is working with a manufacturing company in Pflugerville, TX that is looking for a Customer Service Associate in their call center! As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for making sure the day-to-day operations run as smoothly and effectively as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and answer a high volume of customer calls
- Providing information about products and services
- Taking Orders
- Responding to customer complaints
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Dependable

- 7:30 am-5 pm/8 am - 5:30 pm M-F, OT available! Full-time!
