Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a courteous and timely manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team lead.
- Process orders, applications, or account updates accurately.
- Track customer interactions and update CRM systems with detailed notes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed.
- Handle and manage returns, exchanges, or refunds in line with company policy.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting individual and departmental performance metrics.
- Identify trends in customer interactions and provide feedback to help improve products and services.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain patient, calm, and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
