Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve technical problems.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of technical support documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with support ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
