About the Job
Location: Addis, LA, 70764,
Duration: Contract with potential to go direct
Schedule: either 5-8's or a 9/80 schedule
Responsibilities:
- Input Pos into company system for both domestic and international customers
- Responsible for scheduling the shipment of completed orders from warehouse
- Create invoices for shipped products
- Interact with customers via phone or email providing support and information on an assigned product or service
- Ensure that the appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
- Maintain customers accounts and records of customers interactions
- Assist in reconciling invoices and sales in company systems
- Continue knowledge of company product, production and service to answer inquires and customer support
- Perform other related duties assigned
- Submit cost reduction productivity suggestions
- Reports results promptly in a structured manner
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in petrochemical or oil/gas are highly preferred
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Applications are highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
- Ability to take corrective action/preventative action as needed
