Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of commercial plastic products, has an immediate need for an experienced Customer Service Representative, to join their winning team in Plattsburgh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
• Track customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

 
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
