Daikin Applied is seeking a Customer Service Representative II who will achieve world class Customer Service within a Team environment by answering phones in a timely fashion, process orders efficiently and communicate customer complaints to provide immediate resolution. Location: Plymouth, MN, Hybrid once a month/once a week
What you will do:
* Fields incoming calls to assure effective and efficient handling of calls and timely processing of orders
* Ensures that order processing is accurate and timely
* Support managers needs such as customer complaint resolution and exceeding customer expectations
* Acts as customer contact regarding pricing and shipping
* Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints
* Handles various special projects as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications:
* High School or GED
* Computer Skills - Microsoft Office
* Detail oriented and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
* Customer Service experience (preferred)
