Your New Role
You’ll be the heart of our customer interactions. Whether you’re answering calls, coordinating with our service technicians, or following up with clients to ensure everything goes smoothly, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and our team running smoothly. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Answering Customer Phone Calls: Build genuine relationships from the very first “hello.”
- Follow-Up Communication: Keep customers in the loop about their service and follow up on any outstanding estimates.
- Happy Calls: Call clients to ensure their service exceeds expectations.
- Technician Coordination: Be the go-between for customers and technicians to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
- Data Management: Stay organized and ensure customer records are up to date.
- After-Hours Support: Share in after-hours rotations to help customers during emergencies or urgent situations.
