Your New Role
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answering Customer Phone Calls:
- Build meaningful relationships with customers from the moment you pick up the phone.
- Assist customers in booking appointments and provide relevant information.
- Follow-Up Communication:
- Follow up with customers about the status of their jobs.
- Make outbound calls to schedule yearly service for Peace of Mind Members and follow up on past estimates.
- Happy Calls:
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls to ensure their experience meets their expectations.
- Identify areas for improvement and report feedback to the management team.
- Communication with Service Technicians:
- Facilitate communication between customers and service technicians.
- Relay important job information to the appropriate team members.
- Data Management:
- Accurately record and maintain key information about each job.
- Update customer records with relevant details and interactions.
- After-Hours and Weekend Rotations:
- Participate in a rotational schedule to answer phones after regular business hours and during weekends.
- Handle urgent customer inquiries and dispatch service technicians as needed.
