Description	The Customer Service Representative assists customers with product-related inquiries, locating orders, product returns, and other similar duties. The incumbent will work at the receptionist desk near the entrance of the building and will perform traditional receptionist duties as well. Familiarity with personal computers, the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work independently, organize and work on multiple tasks, and complete duties within specified deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to customers and co-workers
Requirements	Assist customers on the telephone with inquiries regarding products stocked by the client, locating late or misdirected orders, explaining the process and policies for returning products, and answering other similar questions from customers. The incumbent will also direct customer, vendor, and other third-party calls to the appropriate department or employee when the subject matter of the call is outside the scope of the incumbent’s knowledge. Perform filing tasks, mail out customer account statements and other related communications, assist the warehouse with inventory adjustments, and assist other departments with special projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned or required by the Office Manager. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality High School diploma or equivalent Previous accounting-related work experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements	Ability to work in an office setting.
