About the Job
Growing pest management company in Riviera Beach is seeking an additional customer service representative/scheduler to join their office staff. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Looking to hire immediately.
Pay rate: $20/hr. to $22/hr. depending on experience.
Benefits Once Permanent: 401K, PTO (5 days after you reach your 1-year anniversary), sick, health, vision, dental. Will be eligible for medical after 60 days perm.
The CSR will be responsible for scheduling approx. 10 technicians. This isn't a typical dispatch role, as the person won't be dispatching "on the fly" or daily except if there's a reschedule, tweaking out the schedule or something along the lines of an emergency. It's primarily scheduling in advance, transferring calls and answering service questions.
Once the CSR is settled into the phone-based role, he/she may get involved with email communications and more clerical/admin tasks. Will use software for pest control industry.

- Must be able to navigate a computer, have common sense and experience w/ communicating digitally, good grammar, speak and write well, and must sound professional.
- Must have a friendly phone presence, ability to work well with others as well as independently. There are 4 staff members in the office and several more out in the field.
- Does NOT have to have dispatch experience, but certainly a perk.
- Time management is key. For example, someone who has had to schedule in a medical office would be a great candidate, because you have to be mindful of scheduling without overlapping appointments.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
