Responsibilities will include:
* Provide Customer service to our growing list of clients through timely follow-up to questions and orders.
* Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Help clients build and organize their store Portals.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with dedicated software solution.
* Strong working knowledge of microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer service role.
* Excellent communication and interpersoanl skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
