About the Job
We are looking to hire a detailed-oriented office star for a customer service representative role.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Manage customers emails and chats in a professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Go the extra mile to engage these customers.
- Schedule Service/estimate appointments in a timely manner within our current time windows.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording accurate and complete account information.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and escalating to customer relations, following up to ensure resolution.
- Inform customers of deals and promotions.
- Make outbound calls to book, confirm upcoming appointments, sell or renew service plans.
- Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Learn from scripts.
- Be a team player.
- Other duties/tasks/projects as assigned.
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills, listening skills with an empathetic voice and manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Energetic with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
