We are in search of a reliable associate who can learn the department of locks and finishing hardware. We value punctuality, attention to detail and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment. The responsibilities of a lock department clerk may include but are not limited to the following; provide customer service to walk in clients whether they need to fix a problem or they are replacing existing hardware, answer phone customer questions, place orders online through any of the many vendors we use, navigate shipping systems on a desktop computer, pick and pack shipping orders, use of power tools to create shipping containers and establish relationships with both new and existing customers.
