About the Job
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, and addressing customer needs.
- Answer inbound customer calls in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Provide product and service information, assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or complaints efficiently, offering solutions or escalating when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Meet individual and team performance goals and metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
