Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ 1-2+ years of high-volume call center experience.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ A passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
+ The ability to navigate multiple systems and think critically.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal partners
+ Handle inbound calls, accurately address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently
+ Navigate multiple systems to access information and resolve client concerns
+ Adhere to strict compliance and security protocols
+ Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
