Customer Service Representative - Farmers Insurance

Looking to add a team member to our already established and busy Insurance Agency in Simi Valley, CA. Previous industry experience preferred. Your primary role will be assisting in our Agency, with service and sales to new and existing clients.

Salary Range: $22.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Job duties include but not limited to:

• General service work
• Answering phones
• Gathering data from clients
• Handling client billing questions
• Setting up appointments
• Filling out applications with high level of detail
• Assisting with sales goals
• Record interactions in our agency database
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to multitask

We are looking to fill this position as quickly as possible, with a candidate meeting the following requirements:

1. Full Time Position
2. Must possess a California Property & Casualty Insurance License, or CA Property & Casualty Insurance License must be secured within 30 days of hire.
3. Two or more years of industry experience preferred
4. Self-starter who works independently
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Product
