Salary Range: $40k + 5k group commission Permanent Position with Benefits.
Solon, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.

Solon, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ year's experience in a customer service role
- Maintain Business Relationships
- Generate documents and support the sales team contacting customers and generating documents
- Provide oral and written reports
- Assist with annual marketing strategies
- Familiarity with SAGE CRM (customer contact) or ACT customer contact software is a plus
- ERP (enterprise resource planning) experience is preferred
- Help maintain inventory and assist with ordering when needed
- Strong math skills
- Past manufacturing experience is strongly desired
