Location: 4401 Wabash Ave in Springfield, IL | Pay: $14.00–$15.95 per hour | Part-Time

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold food items.
- Operate the cash register and other in-store equipment.
- Suggest additional products based on customer needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow all policies for age-restricted products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
- Balance cash drawers and complete shift reports.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Age 21+ (due to age-restricted product sales).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable, on-time attendance and great work ethic.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work both independently and with a team.
- Flexible with work hours and open to additional shifts.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and 25 pounds overhead.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and squat throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
