Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to offer accurate information and assistance
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure they are resolved effectively
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience in any industry (retail, call center, etc.) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software (training provided)
