Customer Service Representative - Spherion

Spherion Staffing of Lake & Sumter County has an opening for tech savvy, detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join our clients team located in Summerfield. We are looking for candidates with Residential Construction knowledge.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and maintaining smooth front office operations.

This is a direct-hire opening. The pay rate is $18 to $19 per hour depending on experience. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include answering calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, handling basic office tasks, and supporting the team with administrative duties. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Previous experience in customer service or office administration
-Construction knowledge
