Location:  Tampa, 33607 – This position is onsite

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Type:  Contract-to-hire

Schedule: Must be open to department hours M-F 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (40 hour work week)

Job description:

• Provide clerical support to Claims Adjuster, including data entry from policy holders into the system.
• Update and maintain accurate information on policy holders' accounts.
• Communicate via email to provide updates on claim status to policy holders.
• Review incoming claims and allocate them to designated representatives or independent adjusting firms as per established protocols.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all documents are correctly attached to requested checks and maintain the Claim assignment spreadsheet accurately.

Nice to have:

• Bilingual: Spanish/English
• 4-40 License
• MS Excel: Pivot tables

Requirements:

• Must have (1) year of customer service experience.
• Must be interested in a career opportunity.
• Must be tech savvy to navigate and learn multiple software systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
