About the Job
The successful Customer Services Associate will be a quick learner, reliable and have the ability to multitask. In this position, the employee will interact with customers to check their clothing in and ready it for dry cleaning, laundry or alterations as well as check the clothing out when work is completed.
The successful candidate will be able to "think on their feet" to ensure that the customer has a great experience with us. Retail counter experience is required. Must know how to use a point-of-sale system and be able to process a customer transaction with a credit card or cash.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to be smile, be friendly with customers & make a great first impression
- Maintain high degree of regular and punctual attendance
- Ensure all customer needs are satisfied in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
- Accurately handle all money transactions
- Help promote sales initiatives, new procedures, programs
- Secondary duties: prepping comforters, organizing customer orders, Wash and Fold, bagging assembled orders, and maintaining a clean work area.
- -Be able to prioritize, multitask, and time manage
- Quickly and accurately process and tag garments for cleaning

- High degree of reliability and reliable transportation a must

- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Ability to lift 20 pounds

- Must be able to go up/down the 3-step pick up ladder
