About the Job
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our telecommunications team! In this role, you’ll enroll customers, provide accurate product and service information, and address technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints
- Offer detailed information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Maintain a current knowledge base of our evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to commute to our office in Pomona, CA
