Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for taking calls from our members who will need help evaluating their benefit options and you’lladvise them on optimizing their employee benefit use. There is no outbound or cold calling. 

You’ll also work with insurance carriers, providers and third party administrators to resolve claim and eligibility concerns for clients. You may also be cross-trained to work in other teams depending on business need.  Please make sure you are good with the below: 

• This is an In-Office position located at 777 N Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107. There is no hybrid or remote option.
• This is a temporary position paying $18/hr. that can start on either 9/3/2024 or 10/7/2024 and will continue through November.
• Upon completion of the assignment, there may be an opportunity to move into other roles within Gallagher.
• Training will be 4 weeks starting on either 9/3/2024 or 10/7/2024 from 8am – 4:30pm.
• After training, shifts will be between 5am and 6pm PST Monday to Friday, with a possibility of some Saturdays during peak times.

What will you be doing? 

In every interaction you’lldemonstrate outstanding listening skills while providing excellent customer service. You’ll be patient, show empathy which will further promote our reputation of integrity. 

Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills.

Behaviors: Good verbal communication skills. Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.

It would be nice if you also had: 

• Bilingual Spanish 

• Call center experience 

• The ability to use Microsoft Office Suite 

• The ability to take complex information and explain it in simple terms either in writing or over the phone or chat
