Job Description:
Brezden Pest Control is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Luis Obispo. As a key member of our termite department, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations by handling a variety of administrative and customer service tasks.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 1 hour for lunch.
Key Responsibilities for our Customer Service Representatives:
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule termite inspections with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange fumigations and necessary repairs.
- Prepare and send billing information for completed work to clients.
Qualifications for our Customer Service Representatives:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
