We're currently growing our team and need to add a Customer Service Representative to support Sales and Purchasing in a way that elevates and exceeds the customer expectations.
This is an in-office position located in VA Beach, VA and the range is $15-$18/hr.

This is an in-office position located in VA Beach, VA and the range is $15-$18/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within appropriate systems to manage orders within 24 hours
- Communicate and escalate order issues before problems occur
- Develop and cultivate partnerships with proactive support and personal attention
- Generate backorders as needed
- Ensure process is following according to SOPs
- Properly schedule follow-up dates for special action or delayed orders to ensure on-time shipment and thoroughly communicate actions and next steps in job tracker
- Ensure Job Tracker follow-ups are completed daily
- Process vendor acknowledgements/proofs on same day received
- Additional duties as assigned
- Strong working knowledge of products and suppliers
- Effectively build and maintain relationships and communicate with internal sales team, suppliers, and clients
- Excellent phone presence and ability to provide strong customer service via phone, chat, and email
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to set priorities, be responsive to customer needs in a timely manner, and meet critical deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
