Customer Service Representative - The Excalibur Group

The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in Washington, DC to support a local contract.


**Will be subject to a background/credit screen prior to employment.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives, comprehends, provides, and responds to routine informational inquiries and service requests through the use of various communication technologies including but not limited to telephones, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail, and the Internet.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of experience in a government setting.
• Working knowledge of current commercially available software packages for Microsoft Office; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook email, electronic calendars, spreadsheets, electronic forms, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable answering phones.

PAY RATE:
$17.17/hr H&W


HOURS OF OPERATION
Mon. – Fri. 8:30am – 5pm
Except Federal Holidays
Temporary assignment
