We are searching for an out-of-the-box thinker and master communicator that will be able to contribute to the growth of our client through direct-to-consumer customer service strategies. Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Undeniable work ethic with a track record of proven high performance
- Must be a proven relationship builder
- The kind of person who responds and follows through by responding to emails, calls, inquiries, and requests immediately.
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
