A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you provide support to our plumbers out in the field. You answer inbound calls, texts, and emails. As you interact with clients, you gather information, manage schedules, and process new and existing service requests. Your knowledge of the plumbing industry allows you to provide clear answers to any questions our customers may have. You get great satisfaction from providing excellent customer service and love helping the team from the comfort of your home!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Must be able to work in the office 1 day per week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in both team and individual environments
- Willingness to learn additional skills and grow with the company
- Must live in the Salt Lake Valley

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This full-time remote position typically works Sunday - Thursday from 10 am - 7 pm with alternating weekend shifts.
