Our client, M&T Displays, located in Wilkes-Barre, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative.
Job functions include:
- Enter all orders from 3rd party and resale customers, as well as any replacement orders, manual orders, and any E-commerce orders which do not integrate with any E-commerce platforms.
- Run Inventory Available report daily and distribute report to entire Sales team.
- Assist 3rd party and resale customers with quotations and customer service questions.
- Follow up on any leads and quotations generated by E-commerce that may become 3rd party or reseller customers.
- Follow up on any quotes that have not yet turned into orders.
- Answer phone as needed to assist customers with questions and concerns.
- Respond to customer questions in site specific platforms.
What we offer:
- Hybrid schedule: after satisfactory completion of onsite training program, the Customer Service Representative work schedule will be as follows:
- on site 12pm - 8 pm Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
- work from home 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday/Friday
- $19/hour based on experience.

- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years phone and email based customer service experience.
- Proven sales experience, with a record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide customized solutions.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in online chat platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Knowledge of the display signage industry is an asset.
- Proficiency with MS Office (or related) required - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
