We are looking to hire a Customer service representative to join our residential plumbing heating and air conditioning company.  In order to be a successful CSR, you must be able to able to navigate a multi-line phone system. The primary job duties are outbound calling as well as inbound calls. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and remain empathetic to incoming situations. Must be able to work as a team player and be dependable. A friendly upbeat tone is essential. Outbound cold calling experience is a must.

• Computer and typing skills
• Great communication skills
• Pass criminal background check and drug testing (pre-hire and random)
• Phone answering and customer service skills
• Willing to work limited after hours phone answering as well as occasional after-hours outbound calling 
• Must have good math, English, reading, writing, and communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
