Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to customers, addressing inquiries, and assisting with billing-related questions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely communication of patient information.
Navigate electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare systems efficiently.
Assist customers in understanding insurance coverage and processing claims.
Resolve customer concerns and issues, ensuring a positive patient experience.
Requirements:Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and healthcare software.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or higher is a plus).
Experience in medical billing or healthcare administration is advantageous.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
Positive and empathetic attitude towards patients.
